Disability: IN NextGen Leaders Initiative a Workplace Recruitment Program (WRP)

Disability:IN has opened the application period for its NextGen Leaders Initiatives, which is available to postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities. Disability:IN is an organization that collaborates with the WRP and partners with businesses in the private sector to achieve disability inclusion and equality. Please see the information below  for more details about the program, how to apply, and whom to contact if you have questions.

Disability:IN NextGen Leaders are college students and recent graduates with disabilities, including veterans, who bring top talent for corporate America. NextGen Leaders have the opportunity to connect with organizations across all industries. Leaders are matched one-on-one with mentors from Disability:IN Corporate Partners as part of a six-month mentorship program. This culminates in an all-expense paid trip to the Disability:IN Annual Conference in July 2020 where they network and interview with companies. Students that are accepted into the program meet virtually twice a month with a corporate mentor, participate in professional development webinars, and receive notifications of job opportunities throughout the year. Disability:IN is currently accepting applications for the program and there is no cost for students and recent grads with disabilities to apply!
