Conversation with....Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity builds more than houses. Network with representatives to learn more about their mission and how to get involved in addressing poverty and promoting community.

Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County’s mission is to build simple, decent, affordable housing by partnering with families in need. In order to meet the need of the 21% of Monroe County residents living in poverty, the affiliate must continually develop significant resources from the local community. Cultivating relationships with our current and future support base is critical to the affiliate’s ability to serve our community. The primary objective of this position will be helping the affiliate’s engagement team to strengthen connections with volunteers, donors, homeowners and future homeowners, as well as the media.

This is a tabling event. Learn about the IU Habitat for Humanity Student Chapter and about local internships.
