The 2021 Public Health Competency Development Series, presented by the Office of Public Health Practice and the Office of Career Services will continue with Part 2 on January 20th from 12-1pm. This annual continuing education series incorporates direct feedback from SPH-B graduates on desired areas of additional training. Each event will focus on sharpening skills for a specific component of the Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals.
In the January installment of this series, panelist and experts’ discussion will focus on the policy development process and the role of various stakeholders from evidence to enforcement; challenges and barriers to policy enforcement; and current issues in public health policy.
