The Buffalo Bills Intern Development Program consists of Internship positions in different departments throughout the organization. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn of all aspects of the organization and it’s partners through the program components. The program components include goals and end of year assessment, a mentor assignment, monthly workshops, and periodic fieldtrips. Participants will have access to organization leaders and will collaborate with all business departments.
Community Relations
Individuals interested in the Community Relations Internship position should be passionate about helping the Buffalo community and engaging fans. The roles will focus on donations and game day on-field experiences. The role will include exposure to non-profits, area hospitals, schools, player interactions, and much more.

Digital marketing
The Buffalo Bills Digital Marketing Associate will assist in developing and publishing digital fan facing experiences. This role will be responsible for supporting internal and external digital needs and ensuring updates are completed on time. The position requires the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, strong attention to detail, flexible hours and strong time management skills.

Events & Experience
Individuals interested in the Events & Experience Internship position should be passionate about the planning, preparation, and execution of events as well as creating memorable fan experiences. The role will focus on event assistance for both internal and private events, assist in executing activations to engage Bills fans, and live in-game promotions. The role will include working on events both small to large and will have a variety of responsibilities to ensure everyone at Highmark Stadium has a positive fan experience.

Field & Grounds Internship
The Fields & Grounds internship will provide for hands-on learning and assistance in the maintenance of the Buffalo Bills practice fields, Highmark Stadium game field, Fieldhouse facility and overall maintenance of the Bills grounds. The position is full-time through the football season, so interested applicants should be able to commit to a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Guest Services
Candidates interested in the Guest Services Internship position should have a passion for customer service and engaging with staff and fans. This role will focus on credentialing, staff training, preparing for and executing events, documenting game day policies and procedures. This experience will include exposure to p speaking, employee engagement, leadership, and problem-solving.

Media & Content
The Media & Content Intern (journalism) will gain valuable exposure to working for an NFL content team. The individual will provide written content for BuffaloBills.com and the Bills App as well as assist with coverage of Bills training camp, regular season and the offseason. The intern will assist with player/coach interviews and more on-field coverage. The intern in this role will also have an opportunity to work closely with other departments throughout the organization

The Social Media Internship role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn more about social and digital platforms. This position will assist in a variety of ways across all of our social platforms. The position will be responsible for participating in the creation of content, coordinating distribution of approved content, covering live events and other valuable assignments.

Stadium Operations
The Stadium Operations internship will provide valuable hands-on experience within facility maintenance and operations in a professional sports setting. The responsibilities will include the preparation of the Stadium, Training Center and Fieldhouse for every-day use of the Buffalo Bills team and staff. Additionally, this position will assist with preparation for events hosted on property as well as gameday responsibilities for home games at Highmark Stadium.

Ticket Office Premium Services
An ideal candidate for the Premium Service internship should have a passion for helping create lifelong memories for Buffalo Bills season ticket members. The role will focus on ticket sales and account retention services. This role will grant you exposure to the management of our Club and Suite accounts, while also handling general day-to-day account representative responsibilities.
