The Evergreen Lodge & Rush Creek Lodge is looking for fun, talented Outdoor Recreation Guides with broad experience leading outdoor guided trips and an area of expertise that fits one of our major guided recreation programs. We are seeking a guide, who possesses strong people skills as well as strong outdoor skills and experience, and who is excited to share his/her experiences and passion for the outdoors with the 2-300 guests that stay with us each night.
The Evergreen & Rush Creeks professional Recreation Guides work with our Recreation Manager to promote, coordinate and lead all of the Lodge’s on-site and off-site recreation programs and activities. While our guided adventures include hiking, biking, sightseeing, fly-fishing and snowshoeing trips, the Evergreen & Rush Creeks Recreation & Guide Service provides a variety of additional services, including expert advice, trip planning and coordinating nightly Lodge activities (e.g., campfires, naturalist slideshows, movies, etc.). While guides may specialize in one area, they cross-train, support and execute various recreational programs and activities (including assisting at our Rec. Desk).
