Seeking students in the Hospitality Field to welcome our guests onto the resort! Do you want to get paid while building your resume and learning the tools of the trade? Assist our guests with the check-in procedure to start their vacation off on the right foot. Learn about the ins and outs of the resort’s condos and procedures to help each family into their cozy accommodation. Massanutten Resort Front Office Operations Associate
Position requires to provide the highest level of customer service to all resort guests. This includes providing resort information, answering questions, and dispensing advice regarding the local area both in person and over the telephone. Associates are responsible for scheduling activities, greeting arriving guests and ensuring a warm welcoming check-in experience. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Massanutten Internship Program Overview
