The Role
As Operations Manager, you are the architect of the guest experience. From pre-opening planning to daily execution, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations with precision, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will lead our core service departments—Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and coordinate closely with our valet partners—ensuring that every corner of the hotel reflects the grace, rhythm, and elevated standards of POSH.
This is not a back-of-house role—it is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who believes hospitality is both art and discipline.
Your Responsibilities
- Curate and lead daily hotel operations that embody POSH’s aesthetic and service ethos
- Guide the successful opening of the hotel by developing systems, teams, and service rituals across departments
- Inspire, coach, and elevate a hand-selected team of hospitality professionals
- Oversee the details: from the perfect turn-down to seamless check-ins, no guest moment is too small
- Oversee our boutique food & beverage program — think locally sourced
- Manage inventory, vendors, and sourcing with an eye for quality and aesthetic alignment
- Ensure smooth coordination with valet services to uphold a first-class arrival and departure experience
- Monitor and uphold impeccable standards in cleanliness, ambiance, and guest comfort
- Create and execute boutique activations; (pop ups, local merchant highlights) that align with brand identity
- Respond to guest needs, preferences, and feedback with intuition and immediacy
- Collaborate with ownership on performance targets, service enhancements, and brand activations
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and operational excellence standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in luxury or boutique hotel operations leadership, or food and beverage operations leadership
- Presence: Polished, composed, and approachable; a natural host and a commanding leader
- Taste: A deep appreciation for design, service, and detail—someone who notices what others miss
- Drive: Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused, with high standards and even higher expectations
- Flexibility: Able to thrive in a dynamic, launch-phase environment with varied hours and demands
- Technology: Proficiency in hotel operations software and guest service platforms
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
