Professional Development: As a group, we will work to gain a broader understanding of what Youth Development and Human and Family Studies mean, the job opportunities available, and how to be professional within the field. We will learn the importance of picking an internship that fits within our own personal goals, and how to make our goals attainable.

Engagement: As a group we will become active members within the community, working on expanding our knowledge of available opportunities in the Youth and Family Work field.

Advocacy: As a group we will educate ourselves about current issues facing youth and families today allowing us to spread awareness to current professionals, community members, and fellow students through events and outreach opportunities
