My time at IU was extremely special to me. I am originally from a small town in Florida. I was recruited to play baseball at Indiana University. I was part of some very special moments including a trip to the College World Series and two Big Ten Championships! After three years I was drafted by the New York Yankees! I spent five years playing with them but due to injuries, I decided it was best to retire and pursue a role in the business world.

My Bachelor of Science degree from IU is in Recreational Sport Management. I took a job with the University of Illinois in their Intramural Sports Department. I liked my time there a lot, but I soon realized it was not a competitive enough environment for me. I was recruited by RHM Staffing for my current position and it was just what I was looking for.

The great thing about RHM is that it gives you the chance to experience so much in so little time. I was able to excel really quickly. In just three months, the fastest in company history, I was promoted to a manager role. But even with that, having the chance to lead a team in your first year is just crazy to think about.

I know for some people it is not comfortable to talk about money or salary. The good thing about RHM is they give you all the tools and resources to be extremely successful. From hands-on training to teaching and learning moments every day, it gives you the chance to be part of the next wave of corporate leaders right out of school. We have 23–24-year-olds here that are leading their own teams and making a very comfortable living.

If you are someone that is hungry and wants a great atmosphere working with quality young men and women who want to leave their stamp on the industry, this is the place for you. This has been a blessing and I would love to see fellow Hoosiers in our offices across the states very soon!

Bloomington will forever hold a special place in my heart. The memories and the friendships I made during my time there I will forever be grateful for. The one thing I will say to anyone that is currently still in school is to cherish the little moments because as you move away from that little slice of heaven we call Bloomington you will find yourself thinking back on all the memories made. There are a lot of things in life I could say “Man, I wish I did that differently. However, the best decision I ever made was packing up and moving to Bloomington.”

 Forever A Hoosier!

 Warm Regards,

Christian Morris
