The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) is conducting case investigation and contact tracing via phone to reach out to those who may have been exposed to COVID-19. They are looking for individuals who can work out of their homes in paid positions to assist with the task of calling COVID-19 positive individuals and their identified contacts.
ISDH will be recruiting investigation/contact tracing staff through a contracted agency. ISDH will be supporting and providing training materials and initially assisting with supervision of those staff. They want to prioritize getting as many students with a background in public health and/or people with a degree or public health experience.
It is anticipated that this opportunity will begin in May with onboarding occurring in phases.
