VISION

We help IU School of Public Health students and alumni open doors to a career that is satisfying, rewarding, and creates a better world.

MISSION

The Office of Career Services believes in offering exceptional career services in a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment in which each student is able to develop a meaningful career path. We strive to provide career advising, resources, programs, and employer connections to students and alumni that will enable them to become contributing members of the workforce and community.

HOW WE WORK

We believe that preparation is critical for our students’ career success. Our team begins working with students as early as their first year so they will be ready for the challenges of a diverse, competitive, and global workplace.

WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY

  • Providing SPH undergraduate and graduate students, as well as SPH alumni, with career development resources and career coaching.
  • Developing and maintaining employer recruiting relationships for SPH students and alumni.
  • Planning and implementing in-person and virtual career events, such as workshops, job fairs, networking events, employer information sessions, and on-campus interview opportunities.
