Career Goal: I would love to work for a Major League Baseball (MLB) team in the baseball operations department. I have played and been around baseball since I was 2 years old. When I reached my junior year in high school, I realized that my dream of playing in the MLB was no longer a reality and so, I decided to do the next best thing. I’m currently a student manager for the Indiana University baseball team and I worked for the Aberdeen IronBirds, a Minor League Baseball team, last summer.

Fun Fact: Even though I was born and raised in what some consider the surf capital of the country, I have actually never learned how to surf. I have been out in the water a couple times just to try it out but I never actually learned how to do it. I hope to be able to take the time this summer to do so!

In only one and a half year at Indiana University, I feel like I already have the tools to be successful in the business world. I’m looking forward to learning much more as I finish my college career and the opportunities that come with it.

Dustin is a sophomore undergraduate student who is majoring in Sport Marketing and Management as well as Economics and aspires to work in baseball operations. You will most likely find him watching a sporting event.
