This October, Neurodiversity in the Workplace is partnering with Lincoln Financial Group in Fort Wayne, IN and Easter Seal, for an autism hiring pilot program. Selected candidates will attend a two-week training program from October 7-18. After the program, some candidates will be offered full-time positions at the company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to make decisions independent
