Ochsner Health System’s Administrative Fellowship program, driven by our strong commitment to our teaching mission, has allowed our health system to grow and develop generations of talented leaders in the healthcare industry. We understand the value of the mentoring experience and prioritize developing talented individuals to assist in reaching their career goals. Our program is designed to help guide top graduate students into operations management positions through intensive training that combines system-wide exposure to the major functional areas within Ochsner with classroom learning, executive shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, a wide range of intensive project work, and a multitude of professional development modules.
